Dr. Elliot Udell Dear Friends, During the twenty+ years that I have chaired summer
conventions fro the Association Of Orthodox Jewish Scientists I have never had
cause to write this type of letter. I felt compelled to let you know exactly how
I felt about the catering job that you did for us this past weekend. Going into
the weekend I expected it, be fair or worse. I was basing it on past
experiences. Boy was I surprised. It was the best! The food was plentiful and the variety at
the buffets, Oneg Shabbat and Kiddush could not be rivaled. the presentation was
phenomenal. I was also impressed on how efficient your staff was and how
pleasant. As we all know, a dining room can be a very stressful experience and
many waiters and kitchen staff will take out their pressures on guests making
the guests feel bad. We were all happy with the way your staff treated our
guests. I was also impressed with the way you ran the afternoon tearoom. Many
caterers fall short in this and do not restock food. I was impressed on how it
was monitored every minute. I was also impressed with the overall
freshness of the food and the baked products. At the Friday night Oneg, there was an atmosphere of
absolute happiness that I could feel in that room. People were just as
happy and your food service had everything to do with it. this feeling of well
